Transition Planning Over the High School Career
This workshop is a "must" for anyone who has a child in high school; parents of middle schoolers are welcome to attend. MCPS staff will provide information regarding transition services, Community and Career Connections (CCC), Transition Training for Independence (TTI), MCPS career readiness opportunities, post secondary options, DDA and DORS. This workshop will be presented by Patricia Cochrane, Supervisor, MCPS Transition Services and Melissa Teage, Special Education Teacher and Transition Specialist.
